This Pure Gold Goldreifen is crafted on our signature, custom-made base, secured to a thin metal headband for a comfortably secure and pinch-free fit. The base is lined in silk dupion and fully overlaid with a golden Indian trim — richly embroidered with delicate sequins and intricate golden threadwork.
This embellishment draws from traditional Indian embroidery techniques, known for their ornate surfaces and meticulous artistry. Often passed down through generations, these techniques are revered in couture for their ability to merge light, movement, and symbolism into fabric. In this piece, the embroidery becomes sculptural — elevated further by hand-embroidered acrylic golden pearls, scattered rhythmically across the surface. A warm golden Lurex trim completes the back, amplifying the richness of the overall composition. Dimensions: 31 cm in length, 8 cm at center height.
